Our top priority is the health and safety of our employees, customers, and community. Pursuant to the Executive Order N-31-20 issued by Governor Gavin Newson on March 17, 2020 and the New Order issued on December 3, 2020 as a modification of the state’s initial Stay at Home Order signed in March, we will be temporarily closing operations beginning December 6, 2020.

We plan on continuing to work closely with local health & government officials. As we explained to our patrons and employees, there are no COVID-19 cases associated with the Casino but we want to do our best to keep everyone- our employees, third party proposition player employees and our patrons safe and healthy.

We will also be closing our Cashier Cage. Anyone wishing to withdraw money from their player banks will need to make an appointment.

Found for the Player - Casino Ventura appears to have changed their terms, applied the new terms retroactively and tried to hide that they've done this.

Casino Ventura and all operators associated with the Danguad license have now been moved to our Blacklist.

Player's Complaint

Casino Ventura refuses to pay my win. I started playing here in the middle of October. On my second deposit here I won 1 500 EUR, it happened on the 23 of November to be precise. I successfully verified my docs, on the 28th of November the casino messaged me that everything was fine and that i could proceed with the payment. Nevertheless, on Thursday November 30th i learnt that my win was confiscated, the chat told me that I have breached the casino terms during wagering. I wrote to the casino for the details and got the response. They wrote I have claimed multiple bonuses without the bonus free deposits in between. I know there was no such a rule when i was playing. The page is saved in the web archive and for sure the casino changed rules retroactively in order not to pay the win. The link by which you can see the version of the terms as they appeared when i was playing - http://archive.is/vyTEX. This is not acceptable, i would like to get my win paid to me…

We can independently verify that the operator has indeed changed the terms after you won. I will provide supporting evidence for that at a later date.

The operator have been presented with this evidence, 7 weeks ago to be exact, and so far have stalled with statements about internal investigations and even an implication that they believe the evidence we have provided (not you) may have been tampered with. We have given them a deadline of Friday the 2nd of March to pay both you and the other complainant otherwise we will be publishing this evidence and Blacklisting their review.

Unfortunately Casino Ventura have chosen to take no further action on this issue.

Not only does this report demonstrate that the change in question took place AFTER your win, it shows that the 'last updated' field at the bottom of the document was back dated significantly to make it appear as if the terms the casino was relying on were in place for a significant period of time.

Effectively this operator appears to not only have engaged in retroactive enforcement of new terms to justify non-payment but has actively tried to cover this action up to make what they were doing appear legitimate.

Unfortunately there is nothing further we can do to help you with this issue at this stage, but we have Blacklisted Casino Ventura and all properties associated with the Danguad license.
