The Fire Tiger presides over meetings, sets up committees and appoints committee chairs, presents awards and gifts, makes proclamations and announcements. The Metal Tiger records minutes of the meetings, keeps all non-confidential records of the club, is in charge of all promotional and marketing materials, fliers, web site, advertising. The Metal Tiger works with the Water Tiger to promote Events and assists the Earth Tiger in Membership drives.The Wood Tiger is the Keeper of the Strongbox and gives a monthly report on the state of the Treasury. The Wood Tiger must report all income and expenses for approval by the Financial Committee. The Earth Tiger takes attendance at meetings and classes, introduces visitors and new members, keeps track of member attendance and notifies Fire Tiger when members have earned awards. The Earth Tiger is in charge of membership drives and all efforts to bring in new members and keep current members. The Water Tiger is in charge of all special events and works with the other Tiger Generals to plan parties, performances, tournaments, road trips, membership events, and fundraisers for the club as well as other charitable organizations.

The Five Tiger Generals are selected according to seniority as youth members of the club. Each term is for six (6) Months beginning in January or July of each Calendar Year. The Tiger Generals will advance from the Council of Great Faithful Excellent Ones, according to seniority, in the following order every six months: Water Tiger to Earth Tiger to Wood Tiger to Metal Tiger to Fire Tiger. Once a member turns 18 years old, and has served as one of the Five Tiger Generals, he or she will be listed as one of The Great Founders for Eternity. After serving as a Fire Tiger, a member may begin the journey again as Water Tiger, in the absence of Councilors who have not served as Tiger Generals.
White Fan
The title of White Fan will be given to each outgoing Fire Tiger who will be expected to instruct theincoming Fire Tiger and act as advisor to the Tiger Generals and liaison to the Sifu. Each White Fan willreceive a white fan to keep as an emblem of office.
The Council of Great Faithful Excellent Ones
Councilors are made up of all the members under 18 years old who are not currently serving as Tiger Generals. All decisions made by the Tiger Generals must be presented to the Council for advice and comment and meet the approval of the Councilors before being enacted by the Tiger Generals. White Fan is a member of the Council.
All adult (18 years or older) members act in an advisory capacity to assist the Executive Board in making informed, wise decisions. Advisors may not serve on the Executive Board, but are expected to support and assist when needed.
